96 versets
عَلَىٰٓ أَن نُّبَدِّلَ أَمۡثَٰلَكُمۡ وَنُنشِئَكُمۡ فِي مَا لَا تَعۡلَمُونَ
de vous remplacer par vos semblables, et vous faire renaître dans [un état] que vous ne savez pas
Al-Jalalayn — Al-Jalalayn
replacing you with We are not incapable of appointing your likes in your place and making you creating you in what you do not know in the way of forms such as apes or swine.
وَلَقَدۡ عَلِمۡتُمُ ٱلنَّشۡأَةَ ٱلۡأُولَىٰ فَلَوۡلَا تَذَكَّرُونَ
Vous avez connu la première création. Ne vous rappelez-vous donc pas
Al-Jalalayn — Al-Jalalayn
For verily you have known the first creation al-nashā’ata a variant reading has al-nash’ata why then will you not remember? tadhakkarūna the original second tā’ of tatadhakkarūna has been assimilated with the dhāl.
أَفَرَءَيۡتُم مَّا تَحۡرُثُونَ
Voyez-vous donc ce que vous labourez
Al-Jalalayn — Al-Jalalayn
Have you considered what you sow? what you stir of the earth to place seeds therein?
ءَأَنتُمۡ تَزۡرَعُونَهُۥٓ أَمۡ نَحۡنُ ٱلزَّـٰرِعُونَ
Est-ce vous qui le cultivez? ou [en] sommes Nous le cultivateur
Al-Jalalayn — Al-Jalalayn
Is it you who make it grow or are We the Grower?
لَوۡ نَشَآءُ لَجَعَلۡنَٰهُ حُطَٰمٗا فَظَلۡتُمۡ تَفَكَّهُونَ
Si Nous voulions, Nous le réduirions en débris. Et vous ne cesseriez pas de vous étonner et [de crier]
