هُوَ يُحۡيِۦ وَيُمِيتُ وَإِلَيۡهِ تُرۡجَعُونَ
C'est Lui qui donne la vie et qui donne la mort; et c'est vers Lui que vous serez ramenés
Al-Jalalayn — Al-Jalalayn
He gives life and makes to die and to Him you shall be returned in the Hereafter and He shall requite you for your deeds.
يَـٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلنَّاسُ قَدۡ جَآءَتۡكُم مَّوۡعِظَةٞ مِّن رَّبِّكُمۡ وَشِفَآءٞ لِّمَا فِي ٱلصُّدُورِ وَهُدٗى وَرَحۡمَةٞ لِّلۡمُؤۡمِنِينَ
O gens! Une exhortation vous est venue, de votre Seigneur, une guérison de ce qui est dans les poitrines, un guide et une miséricorde pour les croyants
Al-Jalalayn — Al-Jalalayn
O people that is inhabitants of Mecca there has come to you an admonition from your Lord a Book which contains mention of that which is permissible for you and that which is enjoined on you and this Book is the Qur’ān; and a healing a cure for what is in the breasts of corrupt beliefs and uncertainties and a guidance from error and a mercy for those who believe in it.
قُلۡ بِفَضۡلِ ٱللَّهِ وَبِرَحۡمَتِهِۦ فَبِذَٰلِكَ فَلۡيَفۡرَحُواْ هُوَ خَيۡرٞ مِّمَّا يَجۡمَعُونَ
Dis: «[Ceci provient] de la grâce d'Allah et de Sa miséricorde; Voilà de quoi ils devraient se réjouir. C'est bien mieux que tout ce qu'ils amassent»
Al-Jalalayn — Al-Jalalayn
Say ‘In the bounty of God that is Islam and in His mercy the Qur’ān in that bounty and mercy let them rejoice it is better than what they hoard’ in this world read yajma‘ūn ‘they hoard’ and tajma‘ūn ‘you hoard’.
قُلۡ أَرَءَيۡتُم مَّآ أَنزَلَ ٱللَّهُ لَكُم مِّن رِّزۡقٖ فَجَعَلۡتُم مِّنۡهُ حَرَامٗا وَحَلَٰلٗا قُلۡ ءَآللَّهُ أَذِنَ لَكُمۡۖ أَمۡ عَلَى ٱللَّهِ تَفۡتَرُونَ
Que dites-vous de ce qu'Allah a fait descendre pour vous comme subsistance et dont vous avez alors fait des choses licites et des choses interdites? - Dis: «Est-ce Allah qui vous l'a permis? Ou bien forgez vous (des mensonges) contre Allah?»
Al-Jalalayn — Al-Jalalayn
Say ‘Have you considered inform me what provision God has revealed has created for you how you have made some of it unlawful and some lawful?’ as in the case of the camels called al-Bahīra or al-Sā’iba and carrion. Say ‘Has God given you permission to make that lawful or unlawful? No! Or do you nay you invent lies concerning God?’ by attributing that to Him.
وَمَا ظَنُّ ٱلَّذِينَ يَفۡتَرُونَ عَلَى ٱللَّهِ ٱلۡكَذِبَ يَوۡمَ ٱلۡقِيَٰمَةِۗ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ لَذُو فَضۡلٍ عَلَى ٱلنَّاسِ وَلَٰكِنَّ أَكۡثَرَهُمۡ لَا يَشۡكُرُونَ
Et que penseront, au Jour de la Résurrection, ceux qui forgent le mensonge contre Allah? - Certes, Allah est Détenteur de grâce pour les gens, mais la plupart d'entre eux ne sont pas reconnaissants

And what do they suppose those who invent lies concerning God will happen to them on the Day of Resurrection? do they reckon that He will not chastise them? No! Truly God is Bountiful to mankind by granting them respite and bestowing graces upon them but most of them do not give thanks.
