وَلِلَّهِ مَا فِي ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَمَا فِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِۗ وَلَقَدۡ وَصَّيۡنَا ٱلَّذِينَ أُوتُواْ ٱلۡكِتَٰبَ مِن قَبۡلِكُمۡ وَإِيَّاكُمۡ أَنِ ٱتَّقُواْ ٱللَّهَۚ وَإِن تَكۡفُرُواْ فَإِنَّ لِلَّهِ مَا فِي ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَمَا فِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِۚ وَكَانَ ٱللَّهُ غَنِيًّا حَمِيدٗا
A Allah seul appartient tout ce qui est dans les cieux et sur la terre. «Craignez Allah!» Voilà ce que Nous avons enjoint à ceux auxquels avant vous le Livre fut donné, tout comme à vous-mêmes. Et si vous ne croyez pas (cela ne nuit pas à Allah, car) très certainement à Allah seul appartient tout ce qui est dans les cieux et sur la terre. Et Allah se suffit à Lui-même et Il est digne de louange
Tanwîr al-Miqbâs min Tafsîr Ibn ‘Abbâs — Tanwîr al-Miqbâs min Tafsîr Ibn ‘Abbâs
(Unto Allah belongeth whatsoever is in the heavens) of stores (and whatsoever is in the earth) of stores and other things. (And We charged those who received the Scripture before you) i.e. the people of the Torah We charged them in the Torah, and the people of the Gospel in the Gospel, and the people of every Scripture in their Scripture, (and (We charge) you) O Community of Muhammad in your Book, (that you keep your duty towards Allah) obey Allah. (And if you disbelieve) in Allah, (lo! Unto Allah belongeth whatsoever is in the heavens) of angels as soldiers (and whatsoever is in the earth) of humans, jinn and other creatures as soldiers, (and Allah is ever Absolute) free from the need of your faith, (Owner of Praise) for His actions, He is grateful for whatever little is done for His sake and rewards abundantly for it.
وَلِلَّهِ مَا فِي ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَمَا فِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِۚ وَكَفَىٰ بِٱللَّهِ وَكِيلًا
A Allah seul appartient tout ce qui est dans les cieux et sur la terre. Et Allah suffit pour s'occuper de tout
Tanwîr al-Miqbâs min Tafsîr Ibn ‘Abbâs — Tanwîr al-Miqbâs min Tafsîr Ibn ‘Abbâs
(Unto Allah belongeth whatsoever is in the heavens and whatsoever is in the earth) of created beings. (And Allah is sufficient as Defender) as Lord.
إِن يَشَأۡ يُذۡهِبۡكُمۡ أَيُّهَا ٱلنَّاسُ وَيَأۡتِ بِـَٔاخَرِينَۚ وَكَانَ ٱللَّهُ عَلَىٰ ذَٰلِكَ قَدِيرٗا
S'Il voulait, il vous ferait disparaître, ô gens, et en ferait venir d'autres. Car Allah en est très capable
Tanwîr al-Miqbâs min Tafsîr Ibn ‘Abbâs — Tanwîr al-Miqbâs min Tafsîr Ibn ‘Abbâs
(If He will, He can remove you, O people) He can destroy you, O human beings, (and produce others (in your stead)) create different beings who are better and more obedient than you. (Allah is Able to do that) He is Able to destroy you and create different beings instead of you.
مَّن كَانَ يُرِيدُ ثَوَابَ ٱلدُّنۡيَا فَعِندَ ٱللَّهِ ثَوَابُ ٱلدُّنۡيَا وَٱلۡأٓخِرَةِۚ وَكَانَ ٱللَّهُ سَمِيعَۢا بَصِيرٗا
Quiconque désire la récompense d'ici-bas, c'est auprès d'Allah qu'est la récompense d'ici-bas tout comme celle de l'au-delà. Et Allah entend et observe tout
Tanwîr al-Miqbâs min Tafsîr Ibn ‘Abbâs — Tanwîr al-Miqbâs min Tafsîr Ibn ‘Abbâs
(Whoso desireth the reward of the world) whoever desires worldly benefit for the works that Allah has obligated upon him, ((let him know that) with Allah is the reward of the world) let him do works for the reward of this world (and the Hereafter) are in Allah's hands. (Allah is ever Hearer) of what you say, (Seer) of your works.
۞يَـٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ كُونُواْ قَوَّـٰمِينَ بِٱلۡقِسۡطِ شُهَدَآءَ لِلَّهِ وَلَوۡ عَلَىٰٓ أَنفُسِكُمۡ أَوِ ٱلۡوَٰلِدَيۡنِ وَٱلۡأَقۡرَبِينَۚ إِن يَكُنۡ غَنِيًّا أَوۡ فَقِيرٗا فَٱللَّهُ أَوۡلَىٰ بِهِمَاۖ فَلَا تَتَّبِعُواْ ٱلۡهَوَىٰٓ أَن تَعۡدِلُواْۚ وَإِن تَلۡوُۥٓاْ أَوۡ تُعۡرِضُواْ فَإِنَّ ٱللَّهَ كَانَ بِمَا تَعۡمَلُونَ خَبِيرٗا
O les croyants! Observez strictement la justice et soyez des témoins (véridiques) comme Allah l'ordonne, fût-ce contre vous-mêmes, contre vos père et mère ou proches parents. Qu'il s'agisse d'un riche ou d'un besogneux, Allah a priorité sur eux deux (et Il est plus connaisseur de leur intérêt que vous). Ne suivez donc pas les passions, afin de ne pas dévier de la justice. Si vous portez un faux témoignage ou si vous le refusez, [sachez qu'] Allah est Parfaitement Connaisseur de ce que vous faites
Tanwîr al-Miqbâs min Tafsîr Ibn ‘Abbâs — Tanwîr al-Miqbâs min Tafsîr Ibn ‘Abbâs
(O ye who believe! Be ye staunch in justice, witnesses for Allah, even though it be against yourselves or (your) parents or (your) kindred, whether (the case be of) rich or poor) parents, (for Allah is nearer unto both (than ye are)) Allah has better right to protect them than you do. (So follow not passion lest ye lapse) lest you are not just in testimony (and if you lapse) if you stammer (or fall away) or do not testify in front of judges, (then lo! Allah is ever Informed of what ye do) whether you testify or withhold your testimony. This verse was revealed regarding Miqyas Ibn Sababah who had something to testify against his father.
