إِنَّ مَعَ ٱلۡعُسۡرِ يُسۡرٗا
A côté de la difficulté est, certes, une facilité
Tanwîr al-Miqbâs min Tafsîr Ibn ‘Abbâs — Tanwîr al-Miqbâs min Tafsîr Ibn ‘Abbâs
Lo! with hardship goeth ease;
فَإِذَا فَرَغۡتَ فَٱنصَبۡ
Quand tu te libères, donc, lève-toi
Tanwîr al-Miqbâs min Tafsîr Ibn ‘Abbâs — Tanwîr al-Miqbâs min Tafsîr Ibn ‘Abbâs
So when thou art relieved) when you finish from military expeditions, jihad and fighting, (still toil) in worship; and it is also said this means: when you finish from the prescribed prayers, make supplications
وَإِلَىٰ رَبِّكَ فَٱرۡغَب
et à ton Seigneur aspire
Tanwîr al-Miqbâs min Tafsîr Ibn ‘Abbâs — Tanwîr al-Miqbâs min Tafsîr Ibn ‘Abbâs
(And strive to please thy Lord) and ask your needs from your Lord'.
