dansBulugh al-Maramوَعَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ اَلْخُدْرِيِّ - رضى الله عنه - قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اَللَّهِ - صلى الله عليه وسلم -{ إِذَا أَتَى أَحَدُكُمْ أَهْلَهُ, ثُمَّ أَرَادَ أَنْ يَعُودَ فَلْيَتَوَضَّأْ بَيْنَهُمَا وُضُوءًا } رَوَاهُ مُسْلِم ٌ 1 .1 - صحيح. رواه مسلم (308).
Allah’s Messenger (ﷺ) said: “If one of you has sexual intercourse with his wife and wishes to repeat he should perform ablution between them” .
A-Hakim added
dansBulugh al-Maramزَادَ اَلْحَاكِمُ: { فَإِنَّهُ أَنْشَطُ لِلْعَوْدِ } 1 .1 - مستدرك الحاكم (152) وهي زيادة صحيحة أيضا.
“Ablution makes one active for repeating (the sexual act).”

dansBulugh al-Maramوَلِلْأَرْبَعَةِ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ رَضِيَ اَللَّهُ عَنْهَا قَالَتْ: { كَانَ رَسُولُ اَللَّهِ - صلى الله عليه وسلم -يَنَامُ وَهُوَ جُنُبٌ, مِنْ غَيْرِ أَنْ يَمَسَّ مَاءً } وَهُوَ مَعْلُول ٌ 1 .1 - صحيح. رواه أبو داود (228) والنسائي في "الكبرى"، والترمذي (118 و 119)، وابن ماجه (583). وأما عن تعليل من أعله فتفصيل ذلك في "الأصل" إذ ليست كل علة تقدح في صحة الحديث. وانظر أيضا "ناسخ الحديث ومنسوخه" لابن شاهين (129) بتحقيقي.
Allah’s Messenger (ﷺ) used to sleep in the state of sexual impurity without touching water. .

dansBulugh al-Maramوَعَنْ عَائِشَةَ رَضِيَ اَللَّهُ عَنْهَا قَالَتْ: { كَانَ رَسُولُ اَللَّهِ - صلى الله عليه وسلم -إِذَا اِغْتَسَلَ مِنْ اَلْجَنَابَةِ يَبْدَأُ فَيَغْسِلُ يَدَيْهِ, ثُمَّ يُفْرِغُ بِيَمِينِهِ عَلَى شِمَالِهِ, فَيَغْسِلُ فَرْجَهُ, ثُمَّ يَتَوَضَّأُ, ثُمَّ يَأْخُذُ اَلْمَاءَ, فَيُدْخِلُ أَصَابِعَهُ فِي أُصُولِ اَلشَّعْرِ, ثُمَّ حَفَنَ عَلَى رَأْسِهِ ثَلَاثَ حَفَنَاتٍ, ثُمَّ أَفَاضَ عَلَى سَائِرِ جَسَدِهِ, ثُمَّ غَسَلَ رِجْلَيْهِ } مُتَّفَقٌ عَلَيْهِ, وَاللَّفْظُ لِمُسْلِم ٍ 1 .1 - صحيح. رواه البخاري (248)، ومسلم (316)، وبما أن المؤلف ساق لفظ مسلم فعنده بعد قول: "أصول الشعر" إضافة وهي قولها: "حتى إذا رأى أن قد استبرأ".
Whenever Allah’s Messenger (ﷺ) took Ghusl (bath) after sexual intercourse, he would begin by washing his hands, then pour water with his right hand on his left hand and wash his sexual organ. He would then perform ablution, then take some water and run his fingers through the roots of the hair. Then he would pour three handfuls on his head, then pour water over the rest of his body and subsequently wash his feet.
Maimuma (rad)
dansBulugh al-Maramوَلَهُمَا فِي حَدِيثِ مَيْمُونَةَ: { ثُمَّ أَفْرَغَ عَلَى فَرْجِهِ, فَغَسَلَهُ بِشِمَالِهِ, ثُمَّ ضَرَبَ بِهَا اَلْأَرْضَ }
Allah’s Messenger (ﷺ) poured water over his private parts and washed them with his left hand. He then struck his hand against the earth.
Maimuna (Radhi Allahu Anhu)
dansBulugh al-Maramوَفِي رِوَايَةٍ: { فَمَسَحَهَا بِالتُّرَابِ }
"And he wiped it with earth".
Maimuna (Radhi Allahu Anhu)
dansBulugh al-Maramوَفِي آخِرِهِ: { ثُمَّ أَتَيْتُهُ بِالْمِنْدِيلِ } فَرَدَّهُ, وَفِيهِ: { وَجَعَلَ يَنْفُضُ الْمَاءَ بِيَدِهِ } 1 .1 - صحيح. رواه البخاري، (249)، وانظر أطرافه، ومسلم (317).
And in the last of this version: “I handed him a piece of cloth, but he did not take it... He started shaking the water off his hand.”
Umm Salamah (RAA)
dansBulugh al-Maramقَالَ: "لَا, إِنَّمَا يَكْفِيكِ أَنْ تَحْثِي عَلَى رَأْسِكِ ثَلَاثَ حَثَيَاتٍ" } رَوَاهُ مُسْلِم ٌ 1 .1 - صحيح. رواه مسلم (330)، وزاد: "ثم تفيضين عليك الماء فتطهرين".
I said, "O Messenger of Allah, I am a woman who keeps her hair closely plaited. Do I have to undo them for Ghusl after sexual intercourse?" In another narration, "and after the end of menses?" He replied (ﷺ), "No, is it enough for you to throw three handfuls of water over your head." Related by Muslim.
`A'ishah (RAA)
dansBulugh al-Maramوَعَنْ عَائِشَةَ رَضِيَ اَللَّهُ عَنْهَا قَالَتْ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اَللَّهِ - صلى الله عليه وسلم -{ إِنِّي لَا أُحِلُّ اَلْمَسْجِدَ لِحَائِضٍ وَلَا جُنُبٌ } رَوَاهُ أَبُو دَاوُدَ, وَصَحَّحَهُ اِبْنُ خُزَيْمَة َ 1 .1 - ضعيف. رواه أبو داود (232)، وابن خزيمة (1327).
Allah's messenger (ﷺ) said: "It is not permitted for a menstruating woman or one who is junub (sexually impure) to stay in the mosque." Related by Abu Dawud and Ibn Khuzaimah graded it as Sahih
`A'ishah (RAA)
dansBulugh al-Maramوَعَنْهَا قَالَتْ: { كُنْتُ أَغْتَسِلُ أَنَا وَرَسُولُ اَللَّهِ - صلى الله عليه وسلم -مِنْ إِنَاءٍ وَاحِدٍ, تَخْتَلِفُ أَيْدِينَا فِيهِ مِنَ اَلْجَنَابَةِ } مُتَّفَقٌ عَلَيْه ِ 1 . زَادَ اِبْنُ حِبَّانَ: وَتَلْتَقِ ي 2 .1 - صحيح. رواه البخاري (261)، ومسلم (321) (45)، وليس عند البخاري لفظه: "من الجنابة ". 2 - ابن حبان برقم (1111) وسندها صحيح، إلا أن الحافظ في "الفتح" (1/373) مال إلى أنها مدرجة.
I and Allah's Messenger (Peace be upon him) took a Ghusl (bath) due to sexual impurity from the same vessel and our hands alternated into it. Ibn Hibban added "and (our hands) met."
Abu Hurairah (RAA)
dansBulugh al-Maramوَعَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ - رضى الله عنه - قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اَللَّهِ - صلى الله عليه وسلم -{ إِنَّ تَحْتَ كُلِّ شَعْرَةٍ جَنَابَةً, فَاغْسِلُوا اَلشَّعْرَ, وَأَنْقُوا اَلْبَشَرَ } رَوَاهُ أَبُو دَاوُدَ, وَاَلتِّرْمِذِيُّ وَضَعَّفَاه ُ 1 .1 - منكر. رواه أبو داود (248)، والترمذي (106).
Allah's Messenger (Peace be upon him) said: "There is Janabah (trace of sexual impurity) under every hair, so wash your hair and cleanse the skin." Abu Dawud and at-Tirmidhi transmitted it but they declared it to be weak.
وَلِأَحْمَدَ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ نَحْوُهُ, وَفِيهِ رَاوٍ مَجْهُول ٌ 1 .1 - ضعيف. رواه أحمد (654).
Ahmad transmitted a similar narration to the above, on the authority of `A'ishah (RAA), but this version has an unknown transmitter.
Jabir bin 'Abdullah (RAA)
dansBulugh al-Maramقَالَ: { أُعْطِيتُ خَمْسًا لَمْ يُعْطَهُنَّ أَحَدٌ قَبْلِي: نُصِرْتُ بِالرُّعْبِ مَسِيرَةَ شَهْرٍ, وَجُعِلَتْ لِي اَلْأَرْضُ مَسْجِدًا وَطَهُورًا, فَأَيُّمَا رَجُلٍ أَدْرَكَتْهُ اَلصَّلَاةُ فَلْيُصَلِّ } وَذَكَرَ اَلْحَدِيث َ 1 .1 - صحيح. رواه البخاري (335)، ومسلم (521) وتمامه: "وأحلت لي المغانم ولم تحل لأحد قبلي، وأعطيت الشفاعة، وكان النبي يبعث إلى قومه خاصة، وبعثت إلى الناس عامة" والسياق للبخاري. تنبيه: هكذا الحديث في الأصل دون ذكر من أخرجه وكتب بالهامش: لعله سقط "متفق عليه".
The Prophet (ﷺ) said: "I have been given five things which were not given to anyone else before me. Allah made me victorious by awe (of frightening my enemies) for a distance of one month's journey. The earth has been made for me (and my followers) a place for praying and something with which to perform Tayammum (to purify oneself for prayer). Therefore, anyone (of my followers) can pray (anywhere) and at any time that the Salat (prayer) is due."
In another narration by Hudhaifah (RAA)
dansBulugh al-Maramوَفِي حَدِيثِ حُذَيْفَةَ عِنْدَ مُسْلِمٍ: { وَجُعِلَتْ تُرْبَتُهَا لَنَا طَهُورًا, إِذَا لَمْ نَجِدِ اَلْمَاءَ } 1 .1 - صحيح. رواه مسلم (522)، وأوله: "فضلنا على الناس بثلاث: جعلت صفوفنا كصفوف الملائكة، وجعلت..." الحديث.
"And the soil of the earth had been made for us as a means with which to purify ourselves (for prayer), when we cannot find water." Related by Muslim.
Ahmad transmitted on the authority of `Ali (RAA)
dansBulugh al-Maramوَعَنْ عَلِيٍّ - رضى الله عنه - عِنْدَ أَحْمَدَ: { وَجُعِلَ اَلتُّرَابُ لِي طَهُورًا } 1 .1 - حسن. رواه أحمد (763) وتمام لفظه: "أعطيت ما لم يعط أحد من الأنبياء" فقلنا: يا رسول الله! ما هو؟ قال: "نصرت بالرعب، وأعطيت مفاتيح الأرض، وسميت: أحمد، وجعل التراب لي طهورا، وجعلت أمتي خير الأمم".
"The earth (dust) has been made for me as a means for purification."
`Ammar bin Yasir (RAA)
dansBulugh al-Maramقَالَ: "إِنَّمَا كَانَ يَكْفِيكَ أَنْ تَقُولَ بِيَدَيْكَ هَكَذَا" ثُمَّ ضَرَبَ بِيَدَيْهِ اَلْأَرْضَ ضَرْبَةً وَاحِدَةً, ثُمَّ مَسَحَ اَلشِّمَالَ عَلَى اَلْيَمِينِ, وَظَاهِرَ كَفَّيْهِ وَوَجْهَهُ } مُتَّفَقٌ عَلَيْهِ, وَاللَّفْظُ لِمُسْلِم ٍ 1 .1 - صحيح. رواه البخاري (347)، ومسلم (368).
The Prophet (ﷺ) sent me on some errands and I became junub (sexually impure), and could not find water. I rolled myself in the dirt just as an animal does. I then came to the Prophet (ﷺ) and mentioned that to him. He said, "This would have been enough for you," and he struck the earth with his hands once, then he wiped the right hand with the left one, and the outside of the palms of his hands and his face. .
In a version by Al-Bukhari, `Ammar said
dansBulugh al-Maramوَفِي رِوَايَةٍ لِلْبُخَارِيِّ: وَضَرَبَ بِكَفَّيْهِ اَلْأَرْضَ, وَنَفَخَ فِيهِمَا, ثُمَّ مَسَحَ بِهِمَا وَجْهَهُ وَكَفَّيْه ِ 1 .1 - البخاري رقم (338).
'He (ﷺ) struck the earth with the palms of his hands, blew in them and wiped his face and hands with them.
Ibn `Umar (RAA)
dansBulugh al-Maramوَعَنِ اِبْنِ عُمَرَ رَضِيَ اَللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اَللَّهِ - صلى الله عليه وسلم -{ التَّيَمُّمُ ضَرْبَتَانِ ضَرْبَةٌ لِلْوَجْهِ, وَضَرْبَةٌ لِلْيَدَيْنِ إِلَى اَلْمِرْفَقَيْنِ } رَوَاهُ اَلدَّارَقُطْنِيُّ, وَصَحَّحَ اَلْأَئِمَّةُ وَقْفَه ُ 1 .1 - ضعيف جدا. رواه الدارقطني (1806).
Allah’s Messenger (ﷺ) said: "Tayammum is two strikes: one for the face and one for the hands up to the elbows." Reported by Ad-Daraqutni
Abu Hurairah (RAA)
dansBulugh al-Maramوَعَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ - رضى الله عنه - قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اَللَّهِ - صلى الله عليه وسلم -{ اَلصَّعِيدُ وُضُوءُ اَلْمُسْلِمِ, وَإِنْ لَمْ يَجِدِ اَلْمَاءَ عَشْرَ سِنِينَ, فَإِذَا وَجَدَ اَلْمَاءَ فَلْيَتَّقِ اَللَّهَ, وَلْيُمِسَّهُ بَشَرَتَهُ } رَوَاهُ اَلْبَزَّارُ, وَصَحَّحَهُ اِبْنُ اَلْقَطَّانِ, ]و] لَكِنْ صَوَّبَ اَلدَّارَقُطْنِيُّ إِرْسَالَه ُ 1 .1 - صحيح. رواه البزار (310 زوائد) وما بعده يشهد له.
Allah’s Messenger (ﷺ) said: "The soil is a purifier for a Muslim, even if he does not find water for ten years; but if he finds water, he must fear Allah and let it touch his skin."
Abu Dharr (RAA)
dansBulugh al-Maramوَلِلتِّرْمِذِيِّ: عَنْ أَبِي ذَرٍّ نَحْوُهُ, وَصَحَّحَه ُ 1 .1 - صحيح. رواه الترمذي (124) ولفظه: "إن الصعيد الطيب طهور المسلم، وإن لم يجد الماء عشر سنين، فإذا وجد الماء فليمسه بشرته؛ فإن ذلك خير" وقال: "حديث حسن صحيح".
